Muay Thai Conditioning
Our Muay Thai Conditioning class is a pad-focused training session where partners rotate between holding pads and striking. Training emphasizes power, endurance, timing, and combinations using traditional Muay Thai techniques, including punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.
Designed to build conditioning and sharpen striking skills, this high-energy class is performance-driven while maintaining a strong technical foundation.
Muay Thai Technique
Our Muay Thai Technique class focuses on technical, partner-based training where students practice striking in a controlled and safe setting. Emphasis is placed on accuracy, defense, timing, and proper execution of traditional Muay Thai techniques.
This class allows athletes to develop realism, control, and precision while safely applying techniques with a training partner, building confidence and technical proficiency.
Parents Muay Thai
Train while your kids train. This beginner-friendly class runs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30–6:15 PM, allowing parents to train at the same time as children enrolled in Kids BJJ, Kids Muay Thai, or Tiny Tigers.
Classes focus on Muay Thai fundamentals, pad work, and conditioning in a supportive, time-efficient format. Training alongside their parents is also a great way to keep kids motivated and excited about their own martial arts journey.
Competition Team
The Competition Team is for dedicated athletes looking to take their Muay Thai to the next level. Training focuses on advanced technique, strategy, conditioning, and fight preparation. This program demands commitment, discipline, and hard work and is designed for students interested in competing and representing the gym at events.
Women’s Muay Thai
Women’s Muay Thai is a supportive and empowering program designed to help you build strength, confidence, and self-defense skills. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, classes focus on proper technique, conditioning, and skill development at a comfortable pace. Expect a full-body workout that improves cardio, strength, and confidence inside and outside the gym.
