No wonder it’s a great way to increase strength & endurance!
It is a mind-body workout with immense health benefits including:
? self-discipline
? sharper focus
? stress relief
⚡ boosted energy
? confidence
On this week’s Meet the Team, Loubert talks about how Muay Thai has benefited him healthwise & mentally, how it helped him grow as a person, and gave him the opportunity to travel to Thailand & China. He even met a well-known UFC fighter!
Loubert comes from a wrestling background and has been practicing martial arts for 3 years. And like many others, once he tried Muay Thai he fell in love with it.
He teaches OAMA’s adult and children Muay Thai programs and is a professional athlete.
“It’s brought so much wealth with the lessons I’ve learned and the people I get to work with…The biggest lesson is I get to set my lifestyle to get what I want when I want, and I get to be the person I want to be…I now have the ability to achieve anything in my life and get out of my comfort zone.”
Loubert is a passionate person, eager to help others. His energy is contagious!
When asked what advice he has for others, he said “OAMA is a lifestyle! Whatever your goal is, coming to OAMA will help you. If it’s an interview you have, anything, OAMA is the place you want to be. There’s no reason not to!”
